Incorrect or Damaged Products Received something wrong or damaged? Email a photo to Support@fragrance99.com and we’ll sort it out promptly.

Return Policy

  • Unopened items (excluding Skincare, Haircare, and Makeup) can be returned within 14 days in their original state for a refund minus shipping costs.
  • Opened or used products may be eligible for a partial refund.
  • No refunds or exchanges on Skincare, Haircare, or Makeup due to health reasons.
  • Items returned after 25 days or with a broken seal/order value over $500 incur a 20% restocking fee.
  • International returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense.
  • US orders receive a prepaid return label.

Quality Assurance We triple-check each package for quality and safe arrival. Report any issues within 48 hours of receipt.

Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we’ve made a mistake.

Lost Packages If your package is lost, we’ll file a claim and offer a reshipment or refund. However, once delivered, we’re not responsible for theft or wrong delivery.

Order Cancellation Act fast! You have a small window to cancel orders—typically less than 5 minutes. Reply to your confirmation email immediately.

Damaged Items Report damaged items within 2 days. Keep the item and packaging for 2 weeks for carrier inspection. We’ll reship or refund after claim approval.
